Systems that get proper seasonal attention rarely fail catastrophically. Most breakdowns trace back to small issues that went unnoticed for months, before they become an emergency.
Most emergency calls trace back to a maintenance gap that had months to develop. Consistent servicing catches problems early.
What a real tune-up includes, not just a filter swap.
Every visit produces a report with real numbers — microfarads, pressures, amp draws, so you can track trends over time.
Being on the plan moves you ahead, which matters most in the first heat wave or cold snap.
We split visits seasonally so nothing gets overlooked.
Repairs found during a visit get a member discount.
Everything checked during a comprehensive maintenance visit.
Both coils get cleaned and checked for corrosion or bent fins that quietly cut efficiency over a season.
Capacitors and contactors are load-tested to catch parts trending toward failure before they strand you with a no-start call.
We check against spec, before it becomes a full failure.
We check both together.
We verify calibration if it's affecting comfort or cycling.
We clear the line and test the float switch, a leading cause of both water damage and shutdowns.

Reviews from actual maintenance visits.
Signed up after a rough summer with two breakdowns. Since then it's been two full years of tune-ups without a single unplanned service call.

Spring visit found a blower motor bearing starting to wear out well before it would've failed on its own. Replaced it on our schedule, not an emergency one.
— J. Petrova, homeowner
Manage four rental units and the plan means I don't have to think about HVAC until the report shows up twice a year. Huge time saver.
— O. Mbeki, property investor
Technician actually explained what the numbers on the report meant instead of just handing me a page of readings I couldn't interpret.
